How it works
- You download a file. After checkout you receive a link by email. Files are .xlsx (spreadsheets) and .docx (letters). The free Starter Kit is a direct download from its page, with no signup.
- You open it in your own account. In Google Sheets choose File > Import (or open it from Drive). In Excel just open it. The estate information you type stays with you. We never receive it.
- You fill in the yellow and open cells. Formulas are locked so they are not overwritten by accident. The protection has no password; you can switch it off from the Review or Data menu if you need to.
- You keep it up to date. Each product shows a version and the date its sources were last verified. We review everything each year in July, when many fees and rates change.
What we do not do
- We do not file forms or contact anyone for you.
- We do not pre-fill legal deadlines. You confirm them with the court or a solicitor and enter them.
- We do not hold your estate data, so there is nothing of yours to lose in a data breach on our side.
Check on first use
Spreadsheet behaviour can differ slightly between Excel and Google Sheets. After importing, check that the dropdowns work and that the Dashboard shows numbers when you add a test row. The Start Here tab has a short checklist.
