Questions
Can I use the letters in Google Docs?
Yes. They are Word (.docx) files. Upload one to Google Drive and open it with Google Docs. Fill in the yellow [bracketed] placeholders.
Will these get my request accepted?
Organisations have their own processes and may ask for their own form and documents. The letters are a clear starting point and a record of what you asked. Check each organisation's own requirements.
