Who we are
All Ends Tied (ABN 15 398 583 866) is the seller of these digital downloads. Contact details are on the contact page.
What you are buying
A digital download (spreadsheet or Word document) for your own use as an executor, administrator, or someone helping one. Prices are in Australian dollars. We are not registered for GST, so no GST is charged and the price you see is the full price you pay. After payment, you receive a download link by email.
Licence
You may use the files for one estate, make copies of your own completed file, and share them with the estate’s executors, beneficiaries, solicitor and accountant. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the blank templates. Professionals who want to use the products with clients should ask us first.

Not legal advice. The products and everything on this website are general information and record-keeping tools only. They are not legal, tax or financial advice, we are not a law firm, and we do not guarantee any outcome for an estate. Please read our disclaimer. The products are record-keeping tools. You are responsible for checking the current law and requirements with the relevant court, registry or agency and with a qualified professional.
Updates
We review the products each year and may release updated versions. If you buy a product, you get free updates to that product for 12 months from the date of purchase. We make updated files available through your original download link, and if the link has used up its downloads, contact us and we will reset it. We do not promise a particular update date or particular changes. We announce updates on our website, and we email about them only to people who have chosen to receive our emails. After 12 months, you keep the version you downloaded and may buy a later version if you want it.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back refund for any reason, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by it. The full wording, including your consumer guarantee rights, is in the refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your Australian Consumer Law rights.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. The products are record-keeping tools and general information only, so please check anything you rely on with the official source or a qualified professional.
Governing law
The laws of Western Australia apply to these terms, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia. This does not limit any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Who these products are for
These products are written for Australian executors and administrators and for people dealing with an Australian estate, under Australian law. We sell and market them to customers in Australia only. We do not market to customers in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, and we do not offer our products there. If you are outside Australia, the products may not suit you, because they refer to Australian law and Australian institutions.
