What All Ends Tied is

All Ends Tied provides spreadsheets, letter templates and guides that help an executor or administrator keep records while managing a deceased estate in Australia. Our tagline is “A calm Australian workbook for executors.” and every page makes clear that it is not legal advice

What All Ends Tied is not

Laws change and differ by state

Probate rules, fees, forms, time limits and tax rules are not the same in every state and territory, and they are updated from time to time. We show the date we last verified each official source and mark anything we have not verified. Always check the current requirements on the official website of the relevant court, registry or agency, and get advice from a solicitor or registered tax agent where the estate is complicated, where there is a dispute, or where you are unsure.

Dates and time limits

Our tools may help you calculate a date from information you enter. We do not supply legal deadlines. Where we mention an official time limit (for example, time limits for family provision claims, which differ by state) it is a flag only, with its source and a last verified date, not a calculator. You must confirm every statutory time limit, including any time limit for a claim against the estate, with the court or a solicitor before you distribute anything.

No guarantee of outcome

We do not guarantee that using our products will result in a grant of probate, a particular tax outcome, or any other result.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
